Kazakhstan's team defeated France at Women's World Chess Championship

ASTANA. March 12. KAZINFORM - The Kazakh team chess won a second victory at the home World Cup in Astana, reports Vesti.kz.

Two wins and a draw gave our girls victory over the outsider of the World Cup, the team of France. Guliskhan Nahbaeva and Gulmira Dauletova beat their rivals , Saduakasova Dinara with draw to her credit. The longest game of the day took place on the fourth board between Madina Davletbaeva and Natasha Benmesba.

French achieved advantages in the endgame, which she could not realize for a long time, and in the end the party ended with the defeat of Madina on the 96th course of the meeting. Despite this, Kazakh ladies have won, and due tothis victory our team has risen to the seventh in the standings.

Today is the final day of the World Cup, the team of Kazakhstan is playing against Georgia which is fighting for the medals of the championship.
