Kazakhstan sees big potential in coop with Austria in machine-building industry

ASTANA. November 5. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ We see a big potential of cooperation with Austria in the field of machine building. Kazakh First Vice Minister of Industry and New Technologies Albert Rau has said it at the Kazakh-Austrian business forum in Astana today.

"Development of machine building industry is very important for us, since it makes 41% of the Kazakhstan's imports", he noted.

As the Vice Minister said, Kazakhstan purchases equipment for oil and mining industries, agriculture and etc. "In this context we see a big potential of cooperation namely with Austria."
