Kazakhstan set to enjoy fair weather Sep 19

The greater part of Kazakhstan is set to enjoy today, September 19, weather without precipitation. The country’s south and southeast are forecast to face thundershowers. Fog is expected in the north, east, and mountainous districts in the morning, Kazinform News Agency cites Kazhydromet.

Ground frosts reading 1-6 degrees Celsius are predicted for East Kazakhstan, Abai, Akmola, North Kazakhstan, Kostanay, Pavlodar, Karaganda and Zhetysu regions.

The high fire threat remains in effect in Aktobe, Ulytau, Zhetysu, West Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda, Zhambyl, East Kazakhstan and Kostanay regions.

Mangistau, Kyzylorda, Turkistan, Zhambyl, Atyrau, West Kazakhstan, Ulytau, Abai, Karaganda, Almaty and Aktobe regions are forecast to brace today for the extremely high fire hazard locally.
