Kazakhstan announces 10,000 additional educational grants

The local executive bodies provided over 2,000 educational grants. Their number will further increase, Kazakh Science and Higher Education Minister Sayasat Nurbek said at today’s Government meeting, Kazinform News Agency reports.

He added KazEnergy Association offered educational grants. Turkiye provided 500 grants to study at the Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University. Freedom Finance Group allocated yesterday 400 grants. The International Tourism and Hospitality University in Turkistan gave 800 grants, while Kazakhstan Khalkyna Fund allotted 850 grants.

The Minister mentioned the Satbayev, Yessenov, Amanzholov, Toraigyrov, and Turan Astana universities also offer rector’s grants.

He resumed, that there are over 8,000 additional grants at large.
