Kazakhstan to brace for rain and snow Dec 4

Most parts of Kazakhstan will see rain and snow on Monday, December 4, due to the cyclone and atmospheric fronts caused by it, Kazinform News Agency reports via Kazhydromet.

Northern and eastern regions will see icy road conditions and blizzard, according to the national weather service.

No precipitation is forecast only in southwestern and southern regions.

Foggy and windy conditions are forecast across the country.

Wind speed in western, northern and southern areas of Pavlodar region may exceed 30 meters per second.
