Kazakhstan to brace for rain and snow Dec 7

Kazhydromet, the national weather service, forecasts precipitation (rain and snow) in most parts of Kazakhstan, as the country remains under the impact of the cyclone and atmospheric fronts caused by it, Kazinform News Agency reports.

Fog and ice slick as well as strong wind are forecast across the country.

Western regions only will see no precipitation today, the meteorological servise says.

Gusts of wind in the north, east and south of East Kazakhstan region and in the area of Lake Alakol in Zhetysu region may exceed 30 meters per second.
