Kazakhstan to brace for rain and snow Oct 28

Due to fronts, most parts of Kazakhstan are to expect unstable weather conditions, precipitation as rain and snow on October 28, Kazinform Agency cites the National Met Office Kazhydromet. 

According to Kazhydromet, heavy rain is predicted in the west as well as in the northwest and center in the daytime. Atyrau region is to brace for heavy rain at night.

The country is to expect black ice in the northwest, north, east, and center, as well as ground blizzard in the northwest in the nighttime and morning.

Fog and high wind are predicted across the country.
