Kazakhstan to brace for sudden weather changes

Kazhydromet issued a weather forecast for Kazakhstan on December 14-16, Kazinform News Agency reports.

The greater part of Kazakhstan will stay under the impact of the northern and southern anticyclone.

The country will see sleet and heavy precipitation on December 14-15.

The country’s east and southeast will brace for snow.

The country is also forecast to observe black ice, fog and wind strengthening. 

Night temperatures are to decrease to 10-18°C in the northwest, -15-25°C in the north and center, -10-17°C in the south, southeast, -20-27°C in the mountainous areas.
