Over 3 million kids attend children's supplementary education centres. There are more than 2,000 supplementary education establishments and over 218 recreation centres across Kazakhstan.

A new Palace of Schoolchildren opened its doors this year in Astana. Such centres also opened in Almaty and Shymkent cities, as well as Kostanay, Mangistau, and Pavlodar regions. Children’s centres will also help kids with special needs and children from low-income families to quickly adapt to the social medium and help promote their enhancement.
