Kazakhstan to expect black ice, fog and high wind Nov 11

The National Met Office Kazhydromet has issued the weather forecast for Kazakhstan for November 11, Kazinform News Agency reports.

According to Kazhydromet, precipitation as rain and snow is to linger in the greater part of the country due to the influence of a trough of the northern cyclone. The country’s north, center and east are to expect blizzard.

The country is to brace for black ice, fog and high wind.
