Kazakhstan to invest $50mln in educational program for Afghanistan
sp;ASTANA. November 20. KAZINFORM. /Gulnara Zhandagulova/ Within the framework of chairmanship in the OSCE the Government of Kazakhstan is preparing a USD 50-million educational program for Afghanistan. Kazakh Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Konstantin Zhigalov has made it public today.
"On the first stage of chairmanship in the OSCE Kazakhstan will pay most attention to Afghanistan", K. Zhigalov said.
As the Vice Minister informed, Kazakh Secretary of State - Minister of Foreign Affairs Kanat Saudabayev will visit Kabul on November 22. The opportunities of the educational program prepared by the Kazakh Government for Afghanistan will be considered there. He noted that the program's fund of USD 50 million is designed for several years.
