Kazakhstan to launch new int’l flights to a number of cities in 2024-25

Kazakhstan runs international flights on 110 directions to 28 countries, transport minister of the country Marat Karabayev said during the session of the Government today, Kazinform News Agency correspondent reports.

Kazakhstan runs international flights on 110 directions to 28 countries (567 flights per week). Over the past two years, 32 international flights to Milan, Doha, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait City and other cities have been opened. Flights to Mumbai, Tokyo, Singapore, Shanghai, and New York are set to be launched in 2024-25, said Karabayev.

The minister added that domestic flights are operated by five airlines (644 weekly flights, a 7% year-over-year increase).
