Kazakhstan to set up republican chamber of court experts

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The Republic Chamber of court experts will be set up in Kazakhstan.

Vice Minister of Justice Bakytzhan Abdiraiym made the news public at the press conference at the Central Communications Service on Wednesday. In his words, the Ministry of Justice has prepared a corresponding draft law and it will be submitted for consideration of Kazakhstani MPs later. "I am confident that with time the expert service in Kazakhstan will become mobile and highly professional. The draft law envisages the establishment of the republican chamber of court experts, conditions of their attestation and licensing and other issues," Mr. Abdiraiym added.
