Kazakhstan to withdraw permissions from migrants working 'on the side'
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - For labor activity not related to the work in the household of an employer, labor migrants in Kazakhstan will be deprived of permission to stay in Kazakhstan, head of the Migration Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Serik Sainov said in an exclusive interview for Primeminister.kz.

"In accordance with the draft order developed by the Internal Affairs Ministry, the reason for the withdrawal of permissions is carrying out work not related to rendering of services to employers - individuals in their household," he said.
In addition, the basis for the withdrawal of permissions will be: the disease hindering work in the chosen field specified in the employment contract, as well as the violation of the labor legislation of the Republic Kazakhstan.
In case of withdrawal of permission for the above-mentioned reasons the period of stay of an immigrant in Kazakhstan will be reduced.
