Kazakhstan tops its Division at 2024 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships

Kazakhstan took the lead in the Division I Group A after Day 3 at the 2024 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships in Budapest, Hungary, Kazinform News Agency cites Shaiba.kz.

Kazakhstan’s national ice hockey team crashed France 4:0. The Japanese team defeated the hosts Hungary 5:4 in overtime, while Denmark stunned Austrian hockey players 4:3.

Kazakhstan tops the Group A with 9 points after three matches and will be promoted to the 2025 Top Division.
