ASTANA. July 12. KAZINFORM Speaking at the sitting of the General Prosecutor's Office of Kazakhstan on results of the procuracy bodies' activity in the first half of 2013, the head of the General Prosecutor's Office Askhat Daulbayev informed that Kazakhstan and Turkey had signed an Agreement on transfer of sentenced persons in July 2013.

According to Daulbayev, the international cooperation between the two countries has become more intense. In addition, a full package of international agreements in the same field was signed with Spain last year.

Memorandums on cooperation with the General Prosecution Offices of Mongolia, Georgia and Slovakia, and a treaty between Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic on rendering legal assistance in criminal cases were signed in 2012 as well.
