Kazakhstan-Uzbekistan sales exceed USD 3 bln

Kazakhstan ranks among Top 3 key foreign trade partners of Uzbekistan following the past 9 months, Kazinform Agency correspondent reports. As of now Uzbekistan has trading relations with 193 states.

In January-September this year the foreign trade of Uzbekistan hit 44.7 billion US dollars and rose by 22.1% as compared to the same period of 2022. Of which 17,739,400 accounts for exports. China remains the key trading partner of Uzbekistan with sales reaching 9.45 billion US dollars. Then comes Russia with 7.03 billion US, dollars followed by Kazakhstan with 1,067,000 US dollars. As earlier reported, the trade turnover between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan achieved 5 billion US dollars in 2022.
