Kazakhstan vying for top honors at UAE SWAT Challenge 2025 in Dubai

Kazakhstan special operation units set to vie for top honors at the sixth edition of the UAE SWAT Challenge 2025 in Dubai, Kazinform News Agency quotes Polisia.kz.

The UAE SWAT Challenge 2025 kicked off on February 1 and will last until February 5. It brings together over 100 teams from around the world to compete in Obstacle Course, Officer Rescue, Tower Event, and Tactical Event.

Teams from the Kazakh Interior Ministry, Defense Ministry, National Security Committee, and State Guard Service represent the country’s colors. Besides, the women’s Tomiris team from the Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT) debuted at the tournament proving the high level of training of Kazakhstan police. The Sunkar, Artlan, Burkit units and Special Rapid Response Detachment represent the country’s Interior Ministry.

China leads in the overall standing at the UAE SWAT Challenge 2025 so far, followed by the Sunkar Special Detachment and Sardar team of the State Guard Service.
