Mets issued weather forecast for Kazakhstan on Nov 13

Kazhydromet has issued a weather forecast for Kazakhstan for November 13, Kazinform News Agency reports.

According to the national weather agency, the greater part of Kazakhstan stays under the impact of a ridge, which will bring snow with snowstorms. The country’s south and east are predicted to observe rain, snow. The southwest part will see rain.

“The country’s east is predicted to face heavy rain. High wind and fog are expected across the country. The southern and eastern areas will observe black ice,” the message reads.

It was earlier reported that heavy precipitation (rain and snow mixed) is to batter Almaty. Air temperature is expected to decrease to +3°C.
