Kazakhstan will continue to be a secular state - this way considered the best by world of experts
The experts were asked: "What kind of state, from your point of view, would be more effective for the period of 2013-2050?". The majority of respondents (60%) made a clear choice in favor of a secular state, which is significantly less restrictive to development. An important argument in favor of secularism is polinational and multicultural nature of most of the countries, which also implies the advantage of multi-confessional state system before theocratic.
It is significant that distribution of the experts' responses, depending on whether they belong to different groups of countries did not reveal any major differences. The intellectual elite of developing countries, including many Muslim countries and countries with a strong Catholic influence, even more so insists on the need to lay foundations of the government, than their counterparts in the liberal world. Any kind of dogmatism - both religious and secular - will not be able to give an adequate response to the challenges of time. Bright modern anti-sample is Turkey, where Islamization of the country sparked mass protests of the general population.
The most important conclusion of this global expertise is priority of the secular character of the state.
