ASTANA. June 28. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan will continue to remain a secular state which respects the rights of all faiths. This way is considered the best in the world community of experts. Independent think tank of "Institute of Post-Crisis World" Fund in 2013 has conducted a study titled "Perspective 2050: A new political and economic map of the world. " The analysis involved 303 experts from 68 countries in all five continents.

The experts were asked: "What kind of state, from your point of view, would be more effective for the period of 2013-2050?". The majority of respondents (60%) made a clear choice in favor of a secular state, which is significantly less restrictive to development. An important argument in favor of secularism is polinational and multicultural nature of most of the countries, which also implies the advantage of multi-confessional state system before theocratic.

It is significant that distribution of the experts' responses, depending on whether they belong to different groups of countries did not reveal any major differences. The intellectual elite of developing countries, including many Muslim countries and countries with a strong Catholic influence, even more so insists on the need to lay foundations of the government, than their counterparts in the liberal world. Any kind of dogmatism - both religious and secular - will not be able to give an adequate response to the challenges of time.
