Kazakhstan will launch single web portal about the Great Patriotic War

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The Party "Nur Otan" together with the Ministry of Defense will launch a web portal KAHARMAN.KZ about the Great Patriotic War.

As noted by the first deputy chairman of the party Bauyrzhan Baibek, there are 36 websites dedicated to the war in Russia. Kazakh online resource will have information about the war's participants; in addition, it will contain unique archival documents, front-line stories, premium sheets, photos and videos about the war. "We plan to establish a rubric "Sounds of the war". We will try to create an archive of all Kazakhstani soldiers - heroes of war, missing, and those who did not return from captivity," said Bauyrzhan Baibek. He also said that the party plans to reissue the encyclopedia "Kazakhs - Heroes of the Soviet Union" which was published in 1968s-1969s.
