Kazakhstan will partake in the Assembly of Parliamentarians Union for Nuclear Non-proliferation and Disarmament

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Representatives of Kazakhstan will take part in the Assembly of Parliamentarians Union for Nuclear Non-proliferation and Disarmament which is to be held in Washington, this has been announced by Altai Abibullayev, a spokesman for the Central Communications Service.

"February 25-27, deputy of the Senate, Secretary of the Committee on Foreign Relations, Defense and Security of the Senate Birganym Aitimova will participate in the Assembly of Parliamentarians Union for Nuclear Non-proliferation and disarmament", A.Abibullayev said at the briefing.

This event is crucial in the run-up to the third International Nuclear Security Summit which is to be carried out in late March in The Hague.
