Kazakhstan wins two gold medals on fourth day of Guangzhou Asian Games

BEIJING. November 17. KAZINFORM /Ruslan Suleimenov/ The fourth day of the Asian Games in Guangzhou was "golden" for the Kazakh team. The Kazakh women's shooting team and weightlifter Maya Maneza won gold medals.

Kazakhstani weightlifters made their day as well. Kirill Pavlov and Dauren Shaiteyev won silver and bronze in the 77 kg category.

Men's shooting team including Andrey Gurov, Rassim Mologly and Bakhtiyar Ibrayev won a bronze medal as well.

As a result, the Kazakhstani team has 16 medals - two gold, five silver and nine bronze. The Chinese team leads with 133 medals, including 77 gold ones. Kazakhstan ranks 7th in the medal standings.
