Kazakhstani boxer Karina Ibragimova out of 2024 Paris Olympics

Kazakhstani boxer Karina Ibragimova was upset at the start of the women’s 57kg event at the ongoing Summer Olympics in Paris, Kazinform News Agency cites Olympic.kz.  

Boxer Karina Ibragimova of Kazakhstan was defeated by Ashleyann Lozada Motta of Puerto Rico by a 0-5 unanimous decision in the women’s 57kg of Round of 16 of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. The Kazakhstani suffered a knockdown in round one of the fight.

Earlier it was reported that Kazakhstan’s boxer Saken Bibossynov suffered a heartbreaking loss in the semifinal clash to miss out on the finals at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
