Kazakhstani movies airing on Turkish television

ISTANBUL. KAZINFORM - A Month of Kazakhstani Movies has kicked off on Turkey's Kanal T. The popular TV channel will air Kazakhstani motion pictures translated into Turkish by the Kazakh Embassy in the country.

"The Sky of My Childhood" about early years of President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev was screened first.

"Nomads" blockbuster about history of Kazakhstan, "Kyz-Zhibek" epos, "Baiterek" patriotic film and 10 documentaries about Kazakhstan will be shown in the Turkish language.

Kanal T TV channel broadcasts in Turkey, Europe, North Africa and Central Asia and boasts high ratings as one of the most popular commercial TV channels in the country.
