Kazakhstan’s runner Olga Safronova misses out on Olympic 200m semi-finals after finishing last in repechage heat, Kazinform News Agency cites Olympic.kz.
Kazakhstani runner Olga Safronova finished sixth scoring 23.70 seconds in her heat in the Women's 200m Repechage round at the 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris.
Earlier it was reported that runner Olga Safronova of Kazakhstan came in seventh in the Women’s 200m Round 1 - Heat 1 at the ongoing Olympic Games in Paris.
Kazakhstan has so far won four medals, including one gold, one silver and two bronze ones, at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
The 2024 Olympic Games in Paris are set to run from July 26 through August 11. The Games brought together 10,500 athletes from 206 national Olympic committees. Team Kazakhstan is represented by 80 athletes in 25 sports.
