Kazakhstani university skyrockets in QS Asia Ranking 2024

A Kazakhstani university soared in the QS Asia Ranking 2024 released by QS annually, Kazinform News Agency cites the press service of the Kazakh Science and Higher Education Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Auezov South Kazakhstan University based in Shymkent rose 33 spots landing the 144^th line in the updated rankings. It is ranked 4^th among Kazakhstani universities in the rankings.

The Al-Farabi Kazakh National University is the highest-ranked Kazakhstan-based university at №29 of the ranking. The Gumilyov Eurasian National University and Satbayev University are placed 71^st and 105^th, respectively.

Peking University in Beijing, China tops the QS Asia Ranking 2024 with the perfect score of 100. Coming in second is the University of Hong Kong. National University of Singapore rounds out the top 3.

Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and Tsinghua University in China share the fourth spot. Zhejiang University, Fudan University, Yonsei University, Korea University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong made the top 10.
