Kazakhstanis actively back President's initiatives to improve health system

 ASTANA. December 19. KAZINFORM The Kazakhstanis actively back the initiatives on improvement of the health system proposed by the Kazakh President in his state-of-the-nation address "Kazakhstan-2050" Strategy. This conclusion was reached by the experts of the "Nur Otan" Party's Parliamentarism Institute as a result of a survey of 1013 people aged 18 years and over from 14 regional centers and cities of Astana and Almaty. Respondents were selected randomly. The survey may have a maximum margin of error of plus or minus 3.6 percent.

According to the director of the Institute Bolat Baikadamov, the results showed that 87.4% of Kazakhstanis are aware of the President's Address. Exactly half of them were watching the President's speech live on TV, 15.6% of respondents learned about it from the news, 14.1% - from the Internet.

Most people of Kazakhstan support the President's initiatives to improve the health care system (14.6%) and Kazakhstan joining the 30 developed countries of the world (14.1%). Kazakhstanis are also interested in modernization of policies on employment and wages.

While 85.5% of respondents believe that the successful achievement of goals and objectives of the President's message depends not only on the state but also the active participation of the society.
