Kazakhstan’s Almaty region to generate over 60,000 jobs
995 new workplaces were generated within a week in Almaty region. 420 people have already obtained jobs, Kazinform News Agency reports.

Most vacancies were created in the sphere of education with 112 people employed at schools and kindergartens, the akimat press service said. 45 specialists obtained employment at medical establishments, including the Almaty Region Children’s Hospital. 65 people took a job in the transportation and logistics sector, 24 in industry, 15 in the fishery sector, and another 10 in the construction industry.
567 jobs out of the total new workplaces are subsidized, and 428 vacancies are published on the enbek.kz portal.
To note, 61,200 new jobs will be created in Almaty region in 2025.
Recall that Almaty city plans to create no less than 76,000 jobs in 2025, of which 67,500 will be permanent.
