Kazakhstan’s boxer Ali Akhmedov survives knockdown, defeats French Pierre Hubert Dibombe

Ali Akhmedov of Kazakhstan beat Pierre Hubert Dibombe of France at the boxing night in Dublin, Ireland, Kazinform News Agency cites Sports.kz. 

Kazakhstan’s Ali Akhmedov (21-1, 16kos) won over Pierre Hubert Dibombe of France (22-1-1, 12kos) with a split decision of judges in the super middleweight bout. The Kazakhstani survived a knockdown in the 8th round.

Ali Akhmedov of Kazakhstan scored his 22^nd win, while Pierre Hubert Dibombe of France suffered his second loss. The Kazakhstani knocked out Carlos Rivera (29-5-1, 18kos) of Venezuela in April and Encarnacion Diaz (18-5, 11kos) of Costa Rica in May.
