Kazakhstan’s Danilina up in WTA Rankings after grabbing WTA 250 doubles title

Kazakhstan’s Anna Danilina improved her standing in the WTA Doubles Rankings after claiming the WTA 250 doubles title in Auckland, Kazinform News Agency refers to Sports.kz.

Kazakhstan’s Anna Danilina paired with Slovak Viktoria Hruncakova won the WTA 250 women’s doubles title of the ASB Classic in New Zealand this past weekend by eliminating American Bethanie Mattek-Sands and Czech Marie Bouzkova 6-3, 6-7, 10-8 in the final.

After winning her fifth WTA doubles title, Danilina jumped 10 spots in the WTA Doubles Rankings to rank 44th in the world. Hruncakova moved 11 spots up to №73 of the WTA Doubles Rankings.

Elena Rybakina and Zhibek Kulambayeva of Kazakhstan lost one spot each landing on the 125th and 144th places of the rankings.
