Kazakhstan’s Elena Rybakina rises in WTA Singles Rankings

Elena Rybakina of Kazakhstan has moved up in the updated WTA Singles Rankings this week after taking Abu Dhabi by storm, Kazinform News Agency reports.

Rybakina claimed her second title of the season and 7^th overall by defeating Daria Kasatkina in the Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open final, allowing her to rise to №4 of the WTA Singles Rankings.

Unlike Rybakina, Kazakhstani Yulia Putintseva plummeted seven spots down to №76.

Pole Iga Swiatek continues to dominate the WTA Singles Rankings. Coming in second is Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka. American Coco Gauff rounds out the top 3.

Belgian Elise Mertens tops the WTA Doubles Rankings. She is followed by Su-Wei Hsieh and Storm Hunter ranked 2^nd and 3^rd, respectively.

Anna Danilina of Kazakhstan lost one spot in the updated WTA Doubles Rankings landing the 45^th spot.
