Kazakhstan’s horse to vie for Dubai Racing Carnival trophy

World-famous Kazakhstani Kabirkhan horse is to compete at the Dubai Racing Carnival set to take place on March 1 in the UAE, Kazinform News Agency correspondent reports.

The total prize money of the Dubai Racing Carnival is estimated at 1.7 million dirhams, with the winner receiving 1.02 million dirhams.

Kazakhstan’s horse Kabirkhan won twice at this year’s Al Maktoum Challenge tournament in Dubai, UAE, earning it a spot at the Dubai World Cup on March 30.

According to owner Tlek Mukhanbetkaliyev of Kabirkhan, Kentucky-bred, Kazakhstan-owned and Russian-raced, he was offered one million dollars for the horse.
