Kazakhstan’s Kurmangaliyev cruises into main event of WTT Youth Contender Tunis

Kazakhstan’s table tennis player Alan Kurmangaliyev propelled to the main event of the ongoing U19 Boys Singles at the WTT Youth Contender Tunis 2025 in Tunisia, Kazinform News Agency cites Olympic.kz.

Kurmangaliyev defeated Adem Khaloufi of Tunisia (3:1) and Hong Yu Tey of Malaysia (3:1) in his age group.

The event brought together athletes from 20 countries of Asia, Africa, and Europe.

The WTT Youth Contender Tunis 2025 is currently taking place at the El Menzah Sports Palace in Tunisia till January 16.

As reported earlier, Kirill Gerassimenko has suffered a defeat at the WTT Star Contender Doha in Qatar.
