Kazakhstan’s Kurmangaliyev upset at WTT Youth Contender Tunis quarterfinals

Kazakhstan’s table tennis player Alan Kurmangaliyev failed to reach the WTT Youth Contender Tunis 2025 semifinals in Tunisia, Kazinform News Agency cites Olympic.kz.

Artur Gromek defeated the Kazakhstani athlete with a score of 3:0 in ⅛ finals of the tournament.

Then, Kazakhstan’s Kurmangaliyev suffered a defeat from Thomas Laroche of France with a score of 0:3. Thus, Alan wrapped up his performance in the U19 Boys Singles quarterfinals.

As reported earlier, Yulia Putintseva was knocked out in the doubles first-round match at the Australian Open 2025.
