Kazakhstan’s Lomakin off to a good start at ITF tournament in Egypt

Kazakhstan's Grigoriy Lomakin propelled to the quarterfinals of the M15 Sharm Elsheikh in Egypt, Kazinform News Agency cites Sports.kz.

In the opening round Lomakin devastated Pole wildcard Adam Bajurko in straight sets 6-1, 6-0.

In the quarterfinal-match the Kazakhstani will face Ukrainian Yurii Dzhavakian seeded 6^th at the tournament.

It should be mentioned that Dzhavakian stunned another Kazakhstani Arslanbek Aitkulov in straight sets in the first round of the tournament.

The 25-year-old Lomakin is currently ranked 794^th in the ATP Singles Rankings.
