Kazakhstan’s Nedovyesov surges to ATP Challenger final in Spain
Top seeded duo Kazakhstani Aleksandr Nedovyesov and Ecuadorian Gonzalo Escobar propelled to the final of the ATP Challenger Eurofirms Girona – Costa Brava in Spain, Kazinform News Agency has learnt from Sports.kz.
In the semifinal the Kazakh-Ecuadorian tandem stunned Matwe Middelkoop and Sander Arends from the Netherlands 6-3, 1-6, 10-4.
In the final clash Nedovyesov and Escobar will face French Jonathan Eysseric and Albano Olivetti seeded 4th at the tournament.
The prize pool of the clay tournament in Girona exceeds €120,000.
