Kazakhstan’s Sagandikova eases into W15 Monastir quarterfinals in Tunisia
Kazakhstan’s Aruzhan Sagandikova paired with Belarusian Daria Khomutsianskaya seeded 4th at the ITF Tournament W15 Monastir in Tunisia propelled to the quarterfinals, Kazinform News Agency refers to Sports.kz.
The Kazakh-Belarusian duo stunned Brazilian Julia Konishi Camargo Silva and Romanian Vanessa Ioana Georgiana Popa Teiusanu in straight sets 6-2, 6-0 at the start of the tournament.
In the quarterfinal-match they will face the hosts Hiba Heni and Ranim Rassil of Tunisia.
The 18-year-old Sagandikova is currently ranked 926th in the WTA Doubles Rankings and 797th in the Singles Rankings.
