Kazakhstan’s Yerzhan Maxim claims Grand Prix at song contest in Dubai
Young Kazakhstani talent Yerzhan Maxim has won the Grand Prix at the Sanremo best song 2025 Dubai song contest in Dubai, UAE, Kazinform News Agency reports.
The 17-year-old singer from the Kazakh city Uralsk took to his Instagram account to share the good news.
It’s an honor for me to win the international song contest. With a special feeling, I bow my head before the Kazakhstani people, who continue to cherish my creative work and support me, said Yerzhan.
The young singer devoted his victory to his parents, family members and close ones, as well as teachers and friends.
Born in 2007 in Uralsk, Yerzhan Maxim started singing aged 4 and attending singing classes aged 6. Yerzhan is a winner of multiple song contests, including the Dolphin Fest in Batumi, the Voice Kids Kazakhstan season 6, WAF Contest in Skopje.
