ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhtelecom JSC has announced voluntary liquidation of DIGITAL TV LLP, Kazinform refers to KASE's official website.

Listed on the Kazakh Stock Exchange, Kazakhtelecom JSC made a decision on the voluntary liquidation of DIGITAL TV LLP. The decision was made at the latest meeting of the Board of Directors.

The voluntary liquidation of the company has come into effect as of February 19, 2014 and is set to complete in the 1Q of 2015.
