KazBuild Spring 2011, WinTecExpoKazakhstan exhibitions kick off in Almaty

ASTANA. March 2. KAZINFORM /Aigul Turysbekova/ The construction sector has always been and remains the driving force of a state economy. Kazakh Majilis Deputy Kaysar Omarov has made it public at the opening of construction exhibitions "KazBuild Spring 2011" and "WinTecExpoKazakhstan" in Almaty today.

"Despite the economic crisis, which many countries are still emerging from today, the exhibition brought together 157 companies from 15 states. The Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines takes part in the exhibition for the first time. The major part of the exhibition participants is construction material producers. Certainly, this exhibition promotes Kazakhstan's development in many spheres," K.Omarov noted.

According to Executive Director of "Iteca" company Yuri Borodikhin, the participants of the exhibition strive to present new materials and services. "Thus, one of the companies presents such innovative material as fiberglass panels for modular construction systems," he said. According to him, the business program of the exhibition includes a workshop on the issues of beautification and landscaping of urban environment.
