KAZENERGY names new executive director

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Zangar Nogaibai appointed new Executive Director of "KAZENERGY" Association, the press service informs.

Zangar Nogaibai was born in 1979. Master of Laws, Doctor of Laws. In 1999 he graduated from the Kazakh State Law University, PhD University of Bremen. He is fluent in English and German. He served as the advisor of President of the Board of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan, a member of the governing board of the Center of arbitration under the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
