Kazhydromet issues weekend weather forecast
The country’s north and east will stay under the impact of the northwestern anticyclone, which will bring snow and blizzard in the next two days, Kazinform News Agency reports.
With the spur of another anticyclone, the weather will clear up in the north of the country on December 28.
The Mediterranean Sea cyclone will bring unstable weather with precipitation (sleet and black ice) in the south, southeast of the country on December 27. Fog is expected across the country, while wind will strengthen in the north of the country.
In the greater part of the country the temperature is above its climatic parameters, but in the northern regions a slight decrease in air temperature is expected to decrease to 7-15°C at night and 5-10°C in the daytime.
Temperature changes are not expected in other parts of the country.
It was reported that snow and ground blizzard will batter Kazakhstan on Friday.
