KazMunaiGaz Company to develop new development strategy till 2025

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - "KazMunaiGaz" JSC will develop a new development strategy till 2025 this year, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Company Nurtas Shmanov said at the enlarged sitting of the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan.

"A new development strategy of "KazMunaiGaz" will be developed this year. The new strategy will include goals and priorities till 2025,' he said.

According to him, achievement of strategic goals will be ensured thanks to introduction of an effective system of motivation of workers aimed at evaluation of the corporate and individual key indicators of the activity.

"In 2015, the work on fulfillment of the instructions of the Head of State will be continued. All the members of the company will exert every effort to achieve all the goals despite all the outside negative factors," N. Shmanov added.
