"KazTransOil" to pay at least 40% dividend of KZT 33 bln net income for 2012
ASTANA. March 11. KAZINFORM - "KazTransOil" may pay dividends for 2012 in the amount of not less than 40 percent of net income, which last year made KZT 33 billion 501 million.
The news has been announced by CEO Kairgeldy Kabyldin at today's briefing.
Consolidated revenue of "KazTransOil" in 2012 amounted to over KZT 143 billion, which is 30 percent more than planned, and 29.1 percent more than in 2011.
As noted by K.Kabyldin, last year the company had listed 38,463,569 common shares on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange in the framework of the "People's IPO» Programme.
"At the end of May we will be holding the annual general meeting of shareholders at which the shareholders will decide on the distribution of profits and the dividend per share. Given the reported profits the joint-stock company is able to pay competitive dividends, that is, not less than 40 percent of the net income of the Company, " said K.Kabyldin.
