KEGOC enters into agrts with CA on electric power regulation
JSC KEGOC entered into a 1.5 billion Kw/Hr agreement with Central Asian countries on electric power regulation. In a surplus period, Kazakhstan supplies electricity to the Central Asian states, chief of the company Nabi Aitzhanov said a briefing today, Kazinform News Agency reports.
We have entered into agreements on out-of-schedule capacity with the Central Asian systems. Today, in a surplus period, we supply electricity to the Central Asian states. We have signed an agreement on 1.5 billion Kw/Hr until the end of the heating season, i.e. until April, said Nabi Aitzhanov.
As per the schedule, Kazakhstan supplies the planned volume and maintains the entire energy system of Central Asia.
We have entered into contracts with Kyrgyz stations on power control. We plan to additionally purchase electricity on-peak in the heating season, when we see electricity shortage in our country, he added.
