KEGOC, KazTransGas and Samruk-Energy join People's IPO program

ASTANA. March 18. KAZINFORM KEGOC, KazTransGas and Samruk-Energy JSC are to start selling their shares within the People's IPO Program this year.

The news came at a press conference in Astana chaired by Vice Prime Minister Kairat Kelimbetov. The Monday press conference mainly focused on the entry of these second-tier companies into the Kazakhstani stock market.

"The second stage of the People's IPO Program is to start this year with the sale of KEGOC JSC shares in Q2. The shares of KazTransGas and Samruk-Energy JSC are to be put up for sale in Q4," the statement by "Samruk-Kazyna" National Welfare Fund" says.
