Kelchevsky: OSCE members set high value to fair trial obligations
ASTANA. December 21. KAZINFORM. /Serik Sabekov/ OSCE member states attach great importance to the obligations relating to fair trial. Head of the OSCE Center of Astana Alexander Kelchevsky has said it at the international conference on the issues of development of advocacy in the Majilis of the Kazakh Parliament today.

"A block of liabilities is directly connected with the role of lawyers and their opportunities to render qualified help and protect citizens", he noted.
According to Mr. Kelchevsky, the majority of the OSCE member states consider that the advocacy is a professional union aimed at realizing constitutional guarantees, ensuring qualified legal assistance, legal representation and protection.
