Korean company unveils plans to build cosmetics plant in Kyrgyzstan

As part of the official visit of President Sadyr Zhaparov to the Republic of Korea, a meeting with the business community of Korea took place in Seoul, the Ministry of Economy reported, Kabar reports.

Economy Minister Daniyar Amangeldiev signed the following memorandums aimed at strengthening economic cooperation between the countries:

- Memorandum of Understanding on the implementation of the investment project "Landfill Gas Power Plant and Reduction of Carbon Emissions at the Sanitary Waste Landfill in Osh City, Kyrgyz Republic" between the Ministry of Economy and Commerce and Sejin G&E Co. Ltd;

- Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Economy and Commerce and Blue Networks Co., Ltd. in the field of construction of electric charging stations;

- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Economy and Commerce and the Consortium of ECOVICE Origin and SUNJIN Engineering & Architecture in the field of construction of logistics centers;

- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Economy and Commerce and Elec-Cube Co., Ltd on cooperation in the field of hotel construction;

- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Economy and Commerce and Silicon2 Co., Ltd on the construction of factories for the production of cosmetic products;

- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Economy and Commerce and Wookyung Construction Co., Ltd (Wookyung Construction Co., Ltd) in the field of road construction and mining;

- Memorandum of Cooperation between the State Institution "Export Development and Promotion Center "Kyrgyz Export" under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce and the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA);

- Memorandum of Cooperation between the State Institution "Export Development and Promotion Center "Kyrgyz Export" under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce and the Korea Importers Association KOIMA;

- Memorandum of Cooperation between the State Institution "Center for Development and Promotion of Export "Kyrgyz Export" under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce and the Korea International Trade Association (KITA).

The implementation of these documents will have a positive impact on the economy of Kyrgyzstan. They will create a solid foundation for further strengthening and developing economic relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Korea.
