Kyrgyz academician Turar Koichiyev supports early presidential elections in Kazakhstan

BISHKEK. KAZINFORM - Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Professor of Kyrgyz-Turkish University named after Manas, PhD Turar Koichiyev in an interview with Kazinform corresponded declared his support for the initiative of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan on holding early presidential elections.

According to his words, acting President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev should be treated as a non-alternative candidate for the highest office. "Kazakhstan, unlike other former Soviet republics, has developed economy, politics and sovereignty of the country to the proper level. These results have been obtained thanks to the personal merit of the Head of State. Much depends on the people and on the leader who is trusted to govern the country. In this sense Nursultan Nazarbayev is the great leader of the Kazakh people," said the academician. The scientist believes that holding early presidential elections is a justified and motivated step as "Kazakhstan-2030" program is practically implemented which means that Kazakhstan is among the fifty most developed states of the world.
